Help on Podcasts

Podcasting is a standard process and there are various other software out there that will let you listen and subscribe to podcasts. Use this link for further guidance.

Apple iTunes is by far the best software for listening to podcasts. If you do not already have it I suggest you simply download iTunes using this link direct from Apple. iTunes is available free for both Windows and Macintosh computers.

This link should automatically launch iTunes (or download if you do not have it), subscribe to my Podcasts and start downloading the most recent mix.

If the above method fails follow the step by step instruction to subscribe to my podcast using iTunes:

1. Start iTunes

2. Go to http://djmikewheeler.com site

3. Drag and drop my picture on the right onto the podcasts label in the iTunes source sidebar (on the left).

4. Voila! My mixes should start downloading automatically.

If the above fails or you have a system which is not standard, you may need to manually enter the podcast URL into iTunes as follows:

1. Start iTunes

2. On the Advanced menu select Subscribe to Podcast...
    
   

3. Copy the below text in yellow in it's entirety and paste it on the dialog box then click OK.

4. Select Podcasts from the iTunes sources pane on the left (below the Library).

5. Now you'll see the entry DJ Mike Wheeler Mixes in the main window and the mixes should start to download automatically. You can stop the download anytime and click the Get button to continue the download later.
